The EH Residence project, carried out by Rula Sunna Architects & Interior Designers, features motorized Somfy roller blinds equipped with Panama Pro fabric supplied and installed by Ghattas Interior Treatments in Jordan. The solar shading fabrics provide thermal and visual comfort, regulating heat and light while preserving natural daylight and outdoor views.
The fabric's UV protection and stability were key factors in the customer's decision, ensuring the home’s interior is preserved and large glass surfaces are covered effectively.
Ghattas has been supplying and installing Panama Pro fabric, promoting it through events in Jordan. It is undoubtedly our preferred fabric, proven to be durable and stable, making it an excellent solution for our most popular French windows, where we need to cover large glass surfaces while avoiding light gaps. Aesthetic and perfectly functional!
The Panama Pro fabric perfectly combines visual and thermal comfort while preserving the outdoor view. Available in four densities to optimize solar shading based on the building’s orientation, ten colors, and two widths, it is a must-have in our ESSENTIALS interior range. Depending on the selected density, it offers:
- Glare control with darker colors
- Temperature management with lighter colors
- Optimal outdoor views thanks to the fabric’s transparency.
The metallized version, Panama Chrome+, features a highly reflective surface, providing superior heat and light reduction. With its metallized side facing the glass, the fabric offers a high solar reflection (80%), low emissivity and an excellent glare control, regardless of color choice.
